Your Path or The Path?
Suppose life presented a choice of choosing our own path or a path that's been paved, which one would you choose?

Life presents 2 different paths,
A path of unknown of our own
or
a path of known to be shown
Own Path
The hearts desire trusts the unfamilar, in order to find the familar.
Its daunting to even think about following a path that is entirely unknown vs following a path that's already paved. In most cases, the path that is paved feels safe and secure. Everything on the path is set and stone, the ending the journey its all shown for. There's no surprises just follow the path to the finish line and life will be good. But, will it?
I've faced this question multiple times and i've ran into the same lesson over and over. Pursue whats familar and known, rather than venturing into the unknown to follow the aching heart. As if it was far from home, attempting to find its way back, lost in the sea, unknown of its environment. Just knowing and trusting that it will find its home one day.
Through each venture, i've came to the same conclusion, the satisfaction and fulfilment never felt quite full. It might have been filled temporarily of others fulfilment and satisfaction, but by the end of the day, I never filled the cup.

This brings me to the conclusion of making decisions in life. To always follow the heart, when i'm ill and drawing my last breaths. There's no wondering what ifs or thinking about what would happen if i would have followed my hearts desire. To spend my last breaths thinking about what could have happen vs than choosing to pursue exactly what I wanted to happen is relieving. Whether it happens or not is a different story, but at least I know I did everything to my power to pursue that.
Until next time,
